You can always send them the GP.

Google Docs comment feature will highlight the text the comments are referring to. This will save the reviewer the time it takes to copy and format the text their comments are refering to in a normal WDC review.

Reviewing and formating in a WDC review takes time. But a right click and add a comment is must faster and easier. Plus you can calibrate in real time when they are making comments.
