So sorry for not posting this prompt for a few days. I'll try to get the last round entries judged soon. In the meantime, here's your next prompt:

In the U.S., the weather has been really cold pretty much everywhere except California.
Write a story where Californians head to one of the colder states, or where someone from
a cold state comes to California to warm up for a while.
