That's rough! Keep taking care of yourself as needed, as that's what really matters (sometimes I feel it's a cliche on WdC, but it's true).

My suggestion is to find ways to make the prep easier on yourself if you can, and then go from there. Whatever it takes, try and see if you can follow through on it.
