I love paper for a lot of things... but not complicated writing projects... however... if I *had to* use paper... I would probably use a binder with tabbed divider sections -or- one of those new notebooks you can pull paper out and rearrange (I think Staples' is called "Arc" now but other stores have them... I bought mine before they were called Arc...so I guess they aren't so new :))
