Thanks--Yeah, Queen and Quintessential were my 2 Q names. I thought Quintessential sounded more like an official name from a breeder. And Queen seemed more like a regular name. On the NaNo site, there are tons of Expert threads so I'm waiting for a response from the person who said they used to breed and show dogs to respond to my question about how dogs are named by breeders. I was thinking the QT stood for her official name and they just called her QT because it was easier than saying her official name. Another thing about using Quintessential is that Queen is an easy name, so why wouldn't they just call her Queen? If I go with Quintessential, I'm going to have the owner say they thought Quint sounded too masculine, so they went with QT.
