Unfortunately, it's most likely that her portfolio has been deleted? (as I've done a search and cannot find it either) *Confused*
If you did not alert the SM about your wife's passing (to make the case 'white'), and the account remains inactive for a long time, most of her items would have been purged. *Frown*
