After you log in to nanowrimo.org
Click on where it says "My NANOWRIMO" for the dropdown
then Click on "My Buddies" (you might also receive a message saying you have a buddy request) Accepting is easy just hit accept
For entering Projects Click on "My Projects" and then Click on "Announce New Project"
