Day 3 is when you most definitely need a character.

I have the beginning of a world, an idea of a plot, but the part of the story where a character usually goes is a blank space.

Which is super weird for me. I usually build stories around characters, so for the character to be the missing element is alien and I'm not really sure what to do.
