I am missing the feel for my novel so far. It's not speaking to me at all, hence the limited prep so far. Fortunately, I have worked in advance so, this weekend is free to dig in deeper and have some serious thoughts about this story I am writing. I have to care more about my characters first, hopefully, that will happen this weekend. I think I try free-writing and let my stream of consciousness take over... yeah, that has to do the trick!
