Thanks for posting all four prompts in one post.

The blog comments are not enabled yet. Try this:

If it's set to Journal/Blog... then scroll down to: Entry Format: and selected 1 Entry per page. Underneath that there's a spot to set 'Blog Commenting' - set that to Enabled. Then, make sure to 'complete the edit' as per usual with any item.

I think that might fix the problem.
