Aw darling, we care that you will miss out on the fun of the challenge, but its only fun if you are in the right space.

When I was feeling overwhelmed by it all (just a couple of days ago), I thought to myself that they would be enjoyable challenges to potter away with at my own pace for however much time it took past a deadline. So perhaps you might do that and keep your book of adventures open to add to when you are feeling up to it.
