It figures the one person who's not fond of ice cream gets this challenge!

I'm actually happy it happened that way. The challenge to replace ice cream with another dessert is very cool! Haagen Dazs' Belgium Chocolate is a fine replacement. Cadbury's Bournville, dark chocolate is a great runner up!

I'm looking forward to reading your Bard's entry at the end of the contest.
