What you're probably experiencing with the pen and paper, Norma Jean, is 100% accurate. Research shows we access a different part of our brain when we hand write things vs. typing. So, next time you're stuck on a section, try doing those What Ifs by hand to see how that comes out.  This is also why counselors want you to hand write your journals for them.  |
