I enjoy writing by hand as sometimes it can help get my thoughts out a bit better, and I can always add stuff as I'm typing it up. That said, my hand starts to hurt if I've been doing it long enough. I usually take a break for a bit, whether typing up what I've got or taking a break from writing for a bit, and then I go back to it.
