I'm predominantly a walker. I will walk or shuffle from back of house to front. It helps me think and eventually I'll stop to write something down I want to remember. Lot of times that gets me started again. I also crochet when I don't feel up to walking. Be the type of person that when you wake up the devil and his minions say "Oh crap! They're up!" |
