Interesting facts for the day...
We will run out of fossil fuels such as gas and natural gas in 50 to 70 years.
We will run out of coal in less than 100 years.
Shade balls in Los Angeles have had several unexpected benefits beside stopping the water from becoming carcinogenic (and how terrifying is it that treated water exposed to the sun can cause cancer from the natural process of bromite (?) being exposed to chlorine (to stop algae growth) and the sun):
-- birds are no longer living in the drinking water
-- they have been able to significantly reduce the amount of chlorine because the shade balls stop the growth of algae naturally by blocking the sun
-- there is less water loss to evaporation
-- the water is no longer forming toxic levels of bromate
Mushrooms can be used for toxic clean up and demolition
