Write-a-Thon Biggest Comeback Award

The 5* writers who demonstrate the Biggest Comeback will earn any appropriate Merit Badge from the "Recognition & Encouragement" section of the Merit Badge Page   (winner's choice!)

This award recognizes the writers who have a lousy start to their month, but pick up the pen again and go for it anyway!

Here's the BEST part of this prize: The lousier your month starts, the bigger you can come back, and the likelier you are to win this prize!

You will be able to track your deficits and "Comeback Score" on a daily basis on the Write-a-Thon Log  .

* Up to five "Biggest Comeback" awards available. In order to be eligible, writers must sign up for the Write-a-thon, post word counts on the NanoList, and accrue an accumulated word deficit at some point during the month. Still working out the mathy details.
