Not to get off tangent, but I do love Halloween! Even now - sans the trick or treatin' that is - it's the ambience of it all I think.
Halloween, while growing up, was just something I read about in books.
So, finally getting to experience it the first time - granted I was too 'old' to be doing it, so I had to escort my little nephew and nieces then (hah!) - it was great all around.
(and yes, I did steal their candy as a reward for being a chaperone.
