Great ideas for newer reviewers - I like the First Impressions, Suggestions, and Final thoughts format. I think it works well for you and a lot of people really enjoy the reviews you give them, me included.

Thanks for sharing your reviewing group. I really have no hard fast loyality to a group. I found Anniversary Reviews last year and really liked it. I also try to review for the Angel Army has I'm a long standing member and I think it's a great group to help newer members get acquainted with WDC. I wasn't as active as I wanted to be when the boys were younger but now that they're older, I'm happy to work on review challenge and work on expanding the Lounge.

I also try to encourage reviewing through the Bee Hive. I think it's a good way to build community especially with newer members.

My goal this month was 1 review a day (I missed a day grrr!) but I was shooting for 1 Angel Army, 1 Anniversary Review and 1 Bee Review.
