Well, writing tips doesn't just have to be people giving tips. One could maybe post a tip they were given that was helpful. Of if there is a tip you don't understand or agree with, that could be mentioned. Of someone could ask for tips for a particular problem. Just some ideas.

This does sound lik a fun idea.
