It definitely is a challenge. I went from working all of the time on my feet, 8 hour shifts but sometimes up to 10 hours cause I worked extra when stores needed help. Plus, I would workout lifting heavy weights. Before covid closed gyms I had gotten up to 225 squat and 305 deadlift. Have lost most of my strength, so have to start over. My dad keeps asking when I will go back to work but never know when I will have health issues. Like how last month I was in emergency center for a morning due to adrenal crisis, then had side effects from treatment (digestive issues) along with agravating something in my hip/groin area that still hurts. It's going to take me some time before I get back to things. |
