My heart goes out to you on the loss of your dear Annie. I think she'd like the way you remember her and appreciate the love shown in your visits and gifts, even if they end up on another Annie's grave.

I think your "family, death, relationship" categories were just right for this poem.

I like how you wove both shadows and light into this poem (and think it'd be a great entry in the "Shadows and Light Poetry Contest" here at writing.com, should you wish to enter).

The whole story was great but I think the ending was the best part, showcasing the inter-connectedness of our lives, now and in the next existence.
