Hello queenkissy

I'm reading the "revel" entries to the twenty syllable version of the "24 Syllables" poetry contest and I enjoyed your poem so I thought I'd give you a "happy 20th anniversary to WDC" review!

INITIAL IMPRESSION / OVERVIEW:
I enjoyed your poem and liked how you brought ending and beginning full circle.

You wrote a sweet poem with a nice reminder.

MORE DETAILED FEEDBACK:
Congratulations on your third place win for the "revel" prompt in this fine contest (24 Syllables poetry contest)! There's a lot of fantastic competition there and any win is a great win!

Your poem is perfectly timed for the writing.com 20th anniversary celebrations!

I appreciated the reminder that, God willing, we have next year to celebrate anew.

Your poem is well written, flows nicely and felt uplifting to me.

My favorite line was: "revel in glee" because I liked how I felt when I read it.

Your syllable count is perfect.

You did a great job in making the "revel" prompt word stand out.

Your poem felt like a sweet mother's reminder - have a good time and remember you can do it again.

I liked how you structured your poem.

I didn't notice any mistakes of any kind in your poem.

CONCLUSION:
You wrote a nice celebratory poem that I enjoyed. Well done!

Thank you for sharing your joyful poem with the writing.com community!

May love, joy and peace be yours in abundance!
PWheeler
