A Psalm - a spiritual lesson that could have been in the Bible, or a similar Christian-based text. Sometimes one has to do a little bit of reading. Does one need to be a Christian to benefit? No. However, within the book, is more than a few pieces of wisdom, which can help one out, regardless of religion.
