I found your blog linked in the "Anniversary Reviews" forum today, reviewed by someone else that I adore and respect (our mutual friend, Hoovsie). I clicked over to your blog and this was the top item. I needed a laugh so it was perfect. Then I read it again now to have it fresh in my mind for your review.
I loved your blog post so much. It was full of ways that you have found humor in life's unusual moments. Some people would have broken down or cried or reacted in other ways, but finding laughter in those moments has to be nicer for your soul.
My cats hate loud noises too. We were gone once when an alarm went off and we don't know how many hours those poor cats suffered with it going on. They walked on eggshells for a while too, like your Kitty. Thankfully, they know we love them.
I hope you don't lose power again anytime soon! I wondered how long you were stuck in that power chair? So glad you were able to get out of it without calling 911!
I thought you did a great job with the prompt for your "Laughter" blog post.
