Hello, Princess Megan Rose, aka Tigger!
INITIAL IMPRESSION / OVERVIEW:
I enjoyed reading your "Draining Energy" blog post every time I read it, including today.
Your writing kept me riveted and I read straight through to the end every time.
MORE DETAILED FEEDBACK:
Happy Writing.Com Anniversary month! I read this "Draining Energy" blog post of yours sometime in the past and enjoyed it, but didn't have time to review it right then, so I flagged it for an anniversary review (meaning I saved the link to it in a special "May" file. ). I hope you enjoy this review as a celebration of your time here and find the review uplifting and encouraging. It is meant to be honest and respectful, and in accordance with WDC guidelines.
It's interesting to me to read what drains others' energy (and what boosts it, though that wasn't part of this blog post). All of the energy drainers you listed made sense to me, and I could totally relate, especially, to the part about losing your Mom. Today's the 8th anniversary of my Mom's passing. I still miss her every day.
I wondered what room(s) you're redecorating? My place could use a redecoration, but I'm going to have to wait at least until the kittens are grown.
You listed some great ways to battle the feelings the energy drainers generate. I appreciated your determination to stay mentally healthy. I'm continuing to pray for peace and comfort for you, and healing, and pain relief too, of course.
I thought you did a great job with the prompt for this blog post and always enjoy getting to know you better.
I didn't notice any spelling or grammatical mistakes (or mistakes of any kind) in your "Draining Energy" blog post.
I appreciated that you included the prompt for that day. I remembered reading it, but not having time to write my own post. That's often the way things go. I try to get my daily five here and it's usually late when I get to the review (usually the last one accomplished), so that leaves little time for blogging.
My favorite part was your personal, heartfelt, conversational manner of writing. You write from the heart and I think that's beautiful.
IDEAS TO MAKE YOUR PIECE STRONGER:
I would love to have something great to share here, but I think it's wonderful as it is. Well done!
As with any review, please take what serves you and release or ignore what doesn't.
CONCLUSION:
I enjoyed reading your blog post again tonight, and empathized with your sentiments that you expressed in it.
Thank you for sharing your time, creativity, heart, experiences, and writing with the Writing.Com community!
Once again, happy anniversary month! I hope the year ahead is filled with blessings and joy for you!
May love, joy and peace be yours in abundance, and may the Lord bless you and all that you do, during your anniversary month, and always!
