About This Author
My name is Joy, and I love to write. Why poetry, here? Because poetry uplifts its writer, and if she is lucky enough, her readers, too. Around us, so many objects abound to write about. Once a poet starts with a smallest, most trivial object, he shall discover that his pen will spill out what is most delicate or most majestic hidden inside him. Since the classics sometimes dealt with lofty subjects with a lofty language, a person with poetry in his soul may incline to emulate that. That is understandable. Poetry does that to a person: it enlarges the soul and gives it wings. Yet, to really soar, a poet needs to take off from the ground. Kiya's gift. I love it!

*CakeB* HAPPY WDC ACCOUNT ANNIVERSARY FROM "Invalid ItemOpen in new Window.*CakeP*

Hello, Joy!

INITIAL IMPRESSION / OVERVIEW:

*Bulletg* I enjoyed reading your "On True Friendship" blog post this evening.

*Bulletg* Your writing kept me riveted and I read straight through to the end.

MORE DETAILED FEEDBACK:

*Bulleto* Happy Writing.Com Anniversary month! I hope you enjoy this review as a celebration of your time here and find the review uplifting and encouraging. It is meant to be honest and respectful, and in accordance with WDC guidelines.

*Bulleto* One again, I conveniently found your blog post in my news feed. I love true friendships, so your title drew me in and I clicked and read your blog post, and enjoyed it greatly, so I decided to give you a review as a little anniversary gift. This makes you the recipient of my last June anniversary review of the year 2025. Happiest anniversary wishes to you and best wishes on your writing future, and friendships too!

*Bulleto* I loved your blog post so much. I loved that you share what it means to you personally and then gave details on what made your longest lasting friendship work so well for the two of you.

*Bulleto* I thought the additional contrast of your son's longest friendship's qualities was an excellent addition to your "On True Friendship" blog post.

*Bulleto* My favorite writing part was the part where you analyzed the connecting elements that made your example friendships, which are different in some ways, yet all enduring for fifty years or more, work so well. I think it could even be the recipe for a great friendship: "the foundation of a strong friendship has to be based upon respect and appreciation that go both ways. This means accepting the other person for who they are, flaws and all, and valuing them. When such an acceptance happens, trust steps in as the backbone of the relationship, carrying with it honesty and unconditional support."

*Bulleto* I thought you did a great job with the prompt today's blogging challenge.

*Bulleto* I didn't notice any spelling or grammatical mistakes (or mistakes of any kind) in your "On True Friendship" blog post.

*Bulleto* I liked that you included the element of fate (I think of it as grace), because no matter how well we humans plan, I also believe there's something bigger out there, and I also am grateful for its existence.

*Bulleto* You are a stellar friend and Writing.Com leader! I think you made me feel like we were friends from the first time we interacted here. That's a beautiful way to live. *Heart*

IDEAS TO MAKE YOUR PIECE STRONGER:
I would love to have something great to share here, but I think it's perfectly wonderful as it is. Well done! *Clap*

As with any review, please take what serves you and release or ignore what doesn't.

CONCLUSION:

*Bulletv* I enjoyed reading your "On True Friendship" blog post, and empathized with your sentiments and agreed with the logical conclusions that you expressed in it.

*Bulletv* Thank you for sharing your time, creativity, heart, experiences, and writing with the Writing.Com community!

*Bulletv* Once again, happy anniversary month! I hope the year ahead is filled with blessings and joy for you!

May love, joy and peace be yours in abundance, during your anniversary month, and always!

PWheeler
