About This Author
A changeling spirit,
constantly evolving,
revolving around an inner core,
spinning forth legend and lore,
stories and lives
as I come to grips
with who and what I am,
have been and may be.
I am a phoenix:
rising ever above and beyond!

MORE DETAILED FEEDBACK:

*Bulleto* I hope you enjoy this review as a celebration of your time here and find the review uplifting and encouraging. It is meant to be honest and respectful, and in accordance with Writing.Com guidelines.

*Bulleto* I found your poem in the "Promptly Poetry" forum today, and it was already pretty late and I hadn't done my daily review here yet. I love your writing in general, so your user name drew me in and I clicked and read your poem and enjoyed it greatly, so I decided to give you a review as a little hope-it-brightens-your-day gift. Happiest summer wishes to you and best wishes on your writing future too!

*Bulleto* I loved your poem so much. It said a lot in under twenty five words (the max for today's prompt, and extra kudos to you for already having done it!), generated a feeling of compassion and camaraderie in me as I read it, and felt like just the right reminder for my mood tonight.

*Bulleto* I thought the free verse form worked well with the message of your poem.

*Bulleto* My favorite line was the "warms cold with new dreams," line. I thought this was a neat and novel way to express what you were sharing.

*Bulleto* I thought you did a great job with the prompt for week fifty one of the current round of the Promptly Poetry Challenge. I think I still have to write poems for weeks 20-32? Plus this week, and next week... all before next week ends. It's much smarter to stay on track, like I think you have. I didn't double check, but I seem to remember seeing your entries every time I added one of mine. *Smile* Well done!

*Bulleto* I didn't notice any spelling or grammatical mistakes (or mistakes of any kind) in your "Afterwards" poem.

*Bulleto* I thought the death, and experience genres you selected for this poem were appropriate matches for it.

*Bulleto* Time really does make a difference... which we can tell after enough has passed, if we're blessed with enough of it. Wishing you a big hug! *Hug1**Frown**Hug2*

IDEAS TO MAKE YOUR PIECE STRONGER:
I would love to have something great to share here, but I think it's wonderful as it is. Well done! *Clap*

As with any review, please take what serves you and release or ignore what doesn't.

CONCLUSION:

*Bulletv* I enjoyed reading your "Afterwards" poem, and empathized with your sentiments that you expressed in it.

*Bulletv* Thank you for sharing your time, creativity, heart, experiences, and writing with the Writing.Com community!

May love, joy and peace be yours in abundance, this summer, and always!

PWheeler
