Sleep - one of the most important things that one can do. Many need between 6 and 8 hours of sleep each day, or, for the most part, each night, in order to stay reasonably healthy. It helps us to relax, clear our heads, heal up, clear/focus our thoughts, and a few other things, which are all needed in order to have our health. Now, perhaps it would be a good idea to take a nice nap.
