In my personal experience, the best time to watch the stars is at night, out in the middle of the country. We get so caught up in the Perfect view, that we forget to enjoy the view that's Good Enough. Sometimes we can't see the forest for the trees, as it were. So, what we need to do, is simply get out a chair, and look up at the night sky.
