Scrolling - I often find myself watching Youtube shorts. Sometimes the video/story just sucks me in. Sometimes the video is a song I like, or there's something I find funny about it, that makes it worth the watch. I can get lost in those videos, and, after a while, I soon realize something important - I've been siting there for 20+ minutes, and both of my feet have fallen asleep, which is rather annoying.
