Cow Tools - the idea that cattle, if sapient, would make ugly and inelegant items. Well, to be fair, a lot of humans' early tools were also ugly and inelegant, but, here's the thing - they got the job done. What jobs - cutting meat, killing animals, cutting down trees, digging roots for food, and so many more. Of course, one issue in the comic might be that the cattle in question had cattle hands - human hands might be more useful.

Makes one think, and chuckle.
