Wow, that was a wild ride in a fun way. I loved the whole premise: two bored Supers getting to try their powers against each other. It was excellently written, drawing us in and showing us how Nix feels about her job and the way she chooses to use her power to deescalate rather than leveling up. It moves from mundane to exciting and then settles back with the hint of more later. I think it would make a great movie,, especially since you've written it without any serious harm coming to anyone. There's also the potential for the two of them to make a team in the future.
You have a typo in the sentence where he's explaining his power: "around the use the environment..." Aside from that, this flowed well and was easy to follow. I really enjoyed it.
