A SuperPower Raid Review
That was a great twist! I don’t mind admitting that I didn’t see it coming. I liked how you used language that made it sound it was something else entirely than it actually was, and the whole time I had something sinister in mind, someone breaking in to steal the company secrets or instal a bug in the CEO’s office, maybe even plant a bomb. I didn’t suspect a thing until the narrator heard the intermittent aerosol hissing which made me wonder what was going on. I suppose it should have occurred to me sooner that they might have had a more positive goal with their “clandestine operation”.
I wondered who the two characters were. My guess would be that one of them was the CEO’s PA who always got landed with this kind of job and wanted to train someone who could occasionally help out. As long as it’s not someone from accounts, because we’re a boring lot and quite useless with this kind of work!
The story was well written, as always, and I didn’t notice any technical errors. A great read!
