Also, please keep in mind that the vast majority of these were written while I was incarcerated in both a county jail and a Texas prison. Every word reflects my thoughts and emotions during that time of transformation for me.

I would like to add that on December 10, 2009, I celebrated my first year of being completely clean and free of the evil grips of drug addiction. That is something I have not been able to say in 25 years!!
