Nothing is better than a clean kitchen. Other than maybe an entirely clean house.

So, he's like the woods, would he? I'd like to have an personal ATM like Queen Elizabeth did.

Neither one is happening.

I have to live without my ATM and this joker has to learn to live without the woods that aren't yours, anyway.

I felt the same way when I was approaching the one year anniversary of my Mom's death. It was like--How can time be moving farther away from when she was here? I wasn't ready to deal with it either. I was mourning the loss of my mother. It became stark whenever I had the urge to go to the phone and call her about a question I had about a recipe of hers or to share some news with her. I realized all over again she wasn't there.

Things will get better. Thoughts will be filled with the good times and laughter and adventures shared without all the tears. But I know a year was not enough.

I hope that things do get better. With me, it seems like two steps forward and then a step back sometimes, but I am not as fragile as before. I like to believe it's improving day by day with God's grace and help.

Fear and worry are my biggest obstacles, too.

But we look at what we can accomplish when we try and it is encouraging.

Fear is there every day to battle. We keep trying and that's what matters.

Waves, Ocean

It is easy to believe we are each waves and forget we are the ocean Jon M. Muth Write about this in your Blog entry today.

We aren't all politicians{Thank God!Movie Stars, Rich people, famous but we are all people and we are part of the world and we are all people. Everyone is important. We make up the world and we each have a function. We need all the people to make up the world. If all are the people are waves, the world is the ocean. All the people put together is the ocean, we need each other to make a difference. The ocean has plants, underwater creatures and treaures. We as people have treasures and we have animals on the earth. The world isn't perfect but we need to pull together and do our best to make it a better world. I am a wave but I want to do my part to be a important part of the ocean. I hope and pray we can make the world a better place.
