I work as a Qualified Medication Assistant in mental health. I am married and have a striped gray cat named Tigger. I do physical therapy exercises that seem to help my mobility and my back pain. When I actually do them and don't just think about doing them, it makes me feel encouraged somewhat.

I used to make peanut brittle for Tom. He would help me when I had to pour it out.

This year, one of my sister's in law sent me home made toffee. It's so yummy and it was nice that she did that for me.

It was very thoughtful and unexpected.

I'm glad the weather has eased up a bit with the snow. I love granny nightgowns!

Christmas Vacation is a favorite on mine, too! I usually put it on the Saturday or Sunday following Thanksgiving to kick off the season. That's when I begin decorating my tree.

It's supposed to be more winter-like than it's been. Forecast highs into the 60s(!) through the 22nd, and nothing below 40 until the 28th. Nice enough, but we'll likely pay for it later. Glad you're comfy cozy.

Today was a sunny day. There was a rocket launch earlier. I love to catch a glimpse of it heading off to space while looking outside my window. No snow in the forecast, here.

I get down about things but I chose this quote for a Blog Prompt. We do need to appreciate the good things in life. I saved a lot of my mother's things. Like her Elvis Presley Dolls. I wasn't a big Elvis Fan but Mom loved Elvis so I kept them. A big doll a friend gave me. The doll has red hair and is a designer doll. I promised this friend that I will never give it away. My friend died 4 years ago. I treasure everything my husband, mother and friends bought me. I do like the smell of the rain.

I enjoy looking over my books, like prayers books, Devotions, Downton Abbey Books, Jane Austen Books, my 2 published books, a couple of Danielle Steel books, my Bible, Princess Diana Book, The Beatles Books.

Looking at my old high school annual and all the activities I was in. Movies I love. Memories of me and my mother. The good things in life. I have everything I need. I don't have a mansion but I can't climb stairs anymore and I would probably get lost.

Snow looks pretty but it is driving me crazy lately. We have 10 inches

Friends. Family. My husband. My cat. There are things to be happy about. I pray and cherish the good things. Thank you, Dolly.
