I work as a Qualified Medication Assistant in mental health. I am married and have a striped gray cat named Tigger. Megan, that you had a direct hit from the Vietnam war.! It was an awful war and a terrible time for those who went to fight in it. In fact, whether we were aware of it or not, we were all fighting in it.

This was a hard time that changed a lot of people. People now don't all remember the Draft and how hard it was on normal people. I wish there wouldn't be any wars because, as you say so eloquently, it can change everything and make life much more difficult going forward.

I love this movie, too. I especially enjoy that the mother is the mother from The Gilmore Girls. I thought Jennifer Grey was beautiful and I think she should not have had plastic surgery. She had a special look all her own. Now, she looks like everyone else her age in Hollywood.

Little things happen that perk me up, but it's been a bit of a tough week. We take it one day at a time I guess.

Weekend Hopes

I was at the bank with my lawyer deposting money in an account. The money came from my mother's bank and I closed out the account. The checks were made out to my mother's estate. That bank is stupid. I have a account with Mom's money. I still get depressed. It has been 4 months and 2 weeks since she died.

We got rain this morning. The rain we were supposed to get this afternoon was canceled.

I hope for a quiet weekend. I want to do reviews and maybe go out for dinner at Bob Evans.

My weekend agenda. How about your plans?
