I work as a Qualified Medication Assistant in mental health. I am married and have a striped gray cat named Tigger. It's cold here now in the mornings - down in the 40s in some spots.

Leaves are blowing, but are not colorful yet.

I hope you feel much better today and can return home and get well!

It's feeling like autumn, at least at night. Temperatures in the 40s last night. Leaves are already changing. It'll be in the 70s today, then back to the 40s tonight.

I live close to the woods, and I have lots of trees, too.

Bears will be roaming around soon trying to get their fill before winter's sleep. Got to be on the lookout for them. It seems they like walking through the path to the library and down hill into the park. Last year, three cubs followed their Mama.

Glad you have cousins you have bonded with and are still bonding with. For me, my cousins were my lifesaver rings and they helped me to float instead of sinking.

Wow, this brings back memories! I loved Cookie Monster and Kermit. Used to watch Sesame Street with my nieces and Nephews in the 70s.
Lovely to remember - it was such a fun way for kids to learn!

I remember they had great guest stars like Linda Ronstadt who would sing with the Muppets. So sweet!

9-11

It was 24 years ago that America was attacked. The twin towers. Two airplanes crashed into them. I was in shock. America was in shock. That just doesn't happen. We got through it. We had a war over it.

My house had burned down at the start of 2001. We rebuilt. I was looking around my new house. My job was going well. I thought life was good. 9-11 happened. You know I will never feel that state of mind again. We don't know what will happen in life. I pray for good things. I feel for the families who lost loved ones in 9:11.
