I talked to my son for awhile yesterday. He will be here another week. He goes back to Oregon
Going to be 90 Degrees but it is supposed to rain today.
I read my Angels On Earth Magazine. Stories about angels and spiritual events. I find them comforting.
I am hoping for a quiet week.

It was 81 Degrees today. No rain. The electricity stayed on.
We watched Top Gun. I do love this movie. I enjoy military planes and action movies.
I cleaned the kitchen.
I am researching Jane Austen. We are celebrating 250 years of Jane Austen. I want to have a Jane Austen Writing Contest. I hope others will be interested.
I enjoy quiet days. I hope other people have a quiet day. |

It rained this morning. I watched my soaps
My daughter-in-law leaves tomorrow to go back to Oregon. I didn't see much of her. She was busy seeing friends and working on her Psychology job from her computer with patients.
No plans this weekend. I should clean my kitchen.
I hope to do more next week. |

Our lights have gone out three times week. I am thankful we have a generator that comes on automatically.
We did get rain. All the other counties got a lot of rain.
I got my Dad's car sold. That is a relief. We got the title today and the buyers came and picked ot up.

Life is and can be a fairytale when you are happily married and not having problems. I do love fairytales. I always thought when I became an adult, I would have a fairytale life. Sometimes, it has been. Life gives us a lot of problems. We deal with them and cherish the good moments. If we could get married and life was perfect, it would be the best fairytale ever. Enjoy the good moments and there will be bad moments and good memories. Embrace your fairytale moments. Dress like a Princess and be your fairytale. It will get you through life.

A nice sunny day. 70 Degrees. A day at the beach. A picnic of chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, bread, corn, baked beans and chocolate cake. Going shopping at Kate Spade. Buying a new purse and jewelry. Shopping for clothes. Visiting a friend. Sharing memories. Going to a book store. Playing your favorite CDS. Visiting a store with tea pots, teas and beautiful blue dishes on a table. Trying on hats at another store. A gentle rain happens. A perfect end to a good day.

Ghosts. I have had experiences. Skyquakes. They are like earthquakes but they make loud noises in the sky. Scary. Northern Lights. Pretty but mysterious. Getting hazy skies from the fires in Canada. I live in Indiana. Bigfoot. I think he is cool. I want to meet him. Nessie. I want to see the Lochness Monster.UFOs. People have seen them.Falling stars. I saw a blue one fall to earth once. It was neat. I saw a star over my house with a green haze over my house before Christmas. My house burned down 2 weeks later. Strange phenomenon. There are strange things in the world.

Prompt: Maps are becoming a thing of the past. Joy asked if we still use them. We are to write about maps today
I never was good at reading a map. My husband has an atlas and he likes to look up states and towns in it. I like using my globe to look up foreign
countries. I have used GPS. It is helpful. I like to goggle areas. Maps. Who wants to unfold one a hundred different ways when you can use GPS to get from Point A to Point Z? Maps won't be around someday. Maybe a pirate has left a map somewhere and that would be interesting to read it. I would want to. I might be finding a great treasure.

Prompt: Joy asked what is a monster to us.
Big Foot. Godzilla. I watch Monster Quest and there are swamp monsters, sea serpents and fantasy creatures. Vampires. Werewolves. Mothman. Dragons. Dinosaurs. I don't consider dragons monsters. They don't exist but I don't worry about them. I love fantasy and paranormal.
Hitler. That was a human monster. Charles Manson. Putin. Satan. Men that do serial murders, raping and molesting children. These are the real monsters. I prefer the fantasy world and those monsters. I feel safer with them.

83 Degrees. Going to be 90 some Degrees the next 5 days.
I want to clean the kitchen this weekend.
Nothing exciting. I hope Trump doesn't get us into war with Iran. I pray for everyone. |
